




Job Summary: As an intern, you will assist in administrative and operational activities, focusing on post-customer service follow-up, administering satisfaction surveys, and analyzing incidents to continuously improve processes. You will perform support tasks across various departments of the company, contributing to your professional learning and development. This position is intended for students currently enrolled in higher education programs who seek practical work experience. * Conduct post\-service follow-up with customers via telephone, WhatsApp, or internal system to assess satisfaction regarding the service delivered; * Administer customer satisfaction surveys and record received feedback, identifying potential complaints, compliments, or suggestions for improvement; * Enter information into the system, including protocols, customer history, and details of service follow-up; * Analyze incidents and escalate cases of dissatisfaction or operational failures to the responsible departments, tracking resolution progress; * Monitor quality indicators, such as satisfaction rate, rework rate, and response time; * Collaborate with technical and customer service teams by providing information that supports the continuous improvement of processes; * Assist in standardizing procedures and ensuring compliance with the company’s quality policies; * Prepare periodic reports summarizing survey results and highlighting opportunities for enhancement. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Administration or Public Relations (from the 2nd semester onward); * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Flexible availability of working hours; * Basic computer skills.
