User support and incident tracking **IT User Support Technician Position \- MANAUS/AM** Location: Tomás de Vila Nova Street, No. 300 \- Centro District, Manaus\-AM. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Work Mode: 100% on-site **What We Seek:** Completed High School Education Minimum professional experience of 02 (two) years in Service Desk activities, user support, incident registration, classification, and tracking — **proven experience required**. **Responsibilities:** Providing user support, including incident registration, classification, and tracking within the Service Desk. Periodic updating of diagrams, flowcharts, and microcomputer support documentation. Maintaining a detailed inventory of institutional assets, including data such as network addresses, hardware, and machine names. Verifying and updating firmware, software, and security patches according to manufacturers’ recommendations.
