Ensure information security and conduct periodic backups A Lubricants Distributor seeks an Information Technology Assistant in Manaus (North Zone). Eurolubs is a company specialized in the manufacturing and marketing of automotive and industrial lubricants. Focused on quality and innovation, it offers products that meet market needs. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to company users (hardware, software, network, and systems). Install, configure, and update computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. Administer user access to company systems and networks. Monitor network, internet, and server operations. Support the installation and updating of corporate systems and software. Log and track technical tickets, ensuring reported issues are resolved. Assist in implementing technological improvements in company processes. Ensure information security and conduct periodic backups. Position located in Manaus / AM. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, IT Technician, Support Assistant, or IT Intern may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
