Beyond supporting routine tasks, this role will contribute through analysis, organization of strategic information, and support for departmental decision-making. **Unit: Cometa Assessoria** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Designing and updating dashboards and management reports (Excel and Power BI); * Supporting the organization of training programs and development initiatives; * Participating in internal communication and organizational climate initiatives; * Supporting recruitment and selection processes; * Assisting in managing and improving internal HR tools. Here, you will engage directly with KPIs, processes, and strategies that impact company growth. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Currently enrolled in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel (Power BI is a plus); * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and interest in learning strategic people management.
