Provide service to highly influential guests We are seeking a **Front Desk Manager** to join the team of one of our clients — one of the largest hotel chains in the city of Manaus, renowned for its high service standards and for hosting nationally and internationally influential guests. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate front desk operations (check\-in and check\-out); * Manage reservations, rooms, and hotel systems; * Deliver guest service and provide support to operational departments; * Monitor accounts, invoices, and payment methods; * Record incidents and prepare management reports; * Lead and develop the front desk team; * Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (SGQ) and regulatory standards. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Courses focused on customer service and leadership; * Fluent English (mandatory); * Prior experience in hospitality and team management.
