For Sebrae, the program represents an opportunity to identify and develop young talent, as well as reinforce its image as an environment fostering continuous learning.
The program is structured in phases including a selection process, institutional onboarding, rotational assignments across departments aligned with academic background, a technical and behavioral training pathway, supervision by experienced professionals, periodic evaluations with feedback, and development of the “Innovative Intern” project aimed at improving internal processes.
