Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in activities including selection, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as serving and selling to customers, offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives, prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Assist in selection, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, following schedules, protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals; also properly store trimmings, fat, and tallow in the collector box for sale to the bone factory; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously replenishing product display counters and ensuring accurate pricing, following pre-established rules and standards; Reduce shrinkage and discrepancies by regularly auditing inventory and handling and storing meat appropriately; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers, while maintaining a clean workspace in optimal condition for use, complying with hygiene, safety, and pre-established standards; Support physical inventory counts, controls, and audits; Monitor product appearance and expiration dates daily, removing items with damaged or expired packaging or lacking proper identification; Assist in seasoning and roasting meats and other items when required; Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness, as well as that of equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when needed; Assist in related tasks as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** This position is 100% on-site **Work Location:** Margem Esquerda \- Gaspar **Working Hours:** 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM, with a 1-hour break. **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance Attendance Bonus Performance Bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
