We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to operate strategically within a multinational company, with strong interaction with leadership and direct impact on hiring decisions. This is not merely an operational role. We seek someone who acts as a business partner—autonomous in managing processes, influencing managers, and elevating the quality of hires. What You Will Do: * Lead end\-to\-end selection processes with autonomy and a sense of priority * Work consultatively with leadership, supporting critical hiring decisions * Manage the recruitment funnel with strategic vision and results focus * Work with metrics, providing insights and proposing improvements * Ensure a high\-quality experience for candidates and stakeholders * Contribute to process evolution and RS maturity at the client We Are Looking For Someone Who: ✔ Has solid Recruitment and Selection experience, extending beyond operational tasks ✔ Interacts effectively with leadership and demonstrates a consultative mindset ✔ Makes data\-driven decisions based on scenario analysis ✔ Demonstrates high organizational skills and effective priority management ✔ Adapts well to dynamic and demanding environments Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working closely with business units (in\-house) * Experience handling high\-volume recruitment or strategic positions * A critical eye focused on continuous improvement and efficiency * Knowledge or experience with the Sólides system.
