




Job Description: * Hands-on, analytical, and results-oriented professional; * Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager; * Basic understanding of CRO, SEO, and marketing automation tools (e.g., RD Station, HubSpot); * Strong data interpretation and results communication skills; * Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or high-turnover B2B environments is preferred. Digital Media Management * Plan and oversee the creation and optimization of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns in collaboration with the traffic management partner; * Serve as the primary performance contact for the agency (set goals, validate creatives, monitor ROI); * Ensure accurate tracking and measurement (pixels, tags, UTMs, GA4, Meta Manager). Data Analysis and Marketing Intelligence * Design and maintain marketing dashboards featuring metrics such as CAC, CPL, ROI, and LTV; * Monitor the full conversion journey (ad → lead → sale); * Produce biweekly and monthly performance reports for executive leadership. * Optimization and Growth * Implement improvements to landing pages, forms, and website (CRO); * Support basic SEO efforts: page structure, content, links, and metadata; * Integrate CRM and campaign data to assess lead quality and conversion performance. * Operational Integration * Collaborate closely with the Brand Lead to align campaigns and media objectives; * Support digital budget management and allocation across channels; * Provide technical support for execution (tagging, automation, reporting). * Expected Deliverables * Monthly media plan with channel-specific goals and budgets; * Dashboards displaying ROI, CAC, and LTV/CAC ratios; * Biweekly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations; * Implementation of CRO improvements (landing pages, forms); * Organized database of campaigns and leads. * KPIs / Metrics * Media Efficiency: ROI per channel, CAC, CPL, conversion rate; * Optimization & Growth: CTR, CPA, page-level conversion rate, SEO performance trends; * Management & Reporting: Report frequency and clarity, data accuracy, budget adherence; * Commercial Integration: % of leads converted into sales, alignment with the sales funnel. 2512030202191812082
