




Description: * Hands-on professional, analytical and results-oriented; * Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager; * Basic understanding of CRO, SEO, and automation tools (RD Station, HubSpot, etc.); * Strong ability to interpret data and communicate results; * Preferably with prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or high-turnover B2B. Digital Media Management * Plan and oversee the creation and optimization of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns in collaboration with the traffic management partner; * Serve as the primary performance contact with the agency (set goals, validate creatives, monitor ROI); * Ensure proper tracking and measurement (pixels, tags, UTMs, GA4, Meta Manager). Data Analysis and Intelligence * Create and maintain marketing dashboards with metrics such as CAC, CPL, ROI, and LTV; * Monitor the complete conversion journey (ad to lead to sale); * Generate biweekly and monthly performance reports for senior management. Optimization and Growth * Implement improvements on landing pages, forms, and website (CRO); * Support basic SEO: page structure, content, links, and metadata; * Integrate CRM and campaign data to assess lead quality and conversion rates. Operational Integration * Collaborate closely with the Brand Lead to align campaigns and media objectives; * Assist in digital budget management and allocation across channels; * Provide technical support in execution (tagging, automation, reporting). Expected Deliverables * Monthly media plans including targets and budgets per channel; * Dashboards showing ROI, CAC, and LTV/CAC ratios; * Biweekly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations; * Implementation of CRO improvements (landing pages, forms); * Well-organized database of campaigns and leads.
