




Job Summary: The Senior Process Analyst optimizes processes, analyzes operational workflows, and proposes solutions to enhance efficiency and quality, aligned with strategic objectives. The Senior Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, mapping, and optimizing internal company processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality. This professional works to understand operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to optimize organizational performance, always aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process Mapping and Analysis: Map and model business processes using tools such as BPMN, flowcharts, and other process-mapping methodologies. * Process Optimization: Analyze the results of operational processes and propose continuous improvements focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Apply process improvement tools—such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen—to implement solutions that increase productivity and reduce waste. * Implementation of Improvements: Support the implementation of process improvements and monitor results post-implementation. * Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes by evaluating inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities to increase productivity. * Document workflows in detail and prepare reports on the current state of processes (As\-Is) and proposed improvements (To\-Be). * Manage minor process changes, coordinating implementation and follow-up of improvement actions. * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvements are implemented effectively. * Stakeholder Management: Work closely with leadership from departments involved in processes to align expectations and ensure adoption of proposed changes. * Manage communication among various stakeholders, ensuring all parties understand and participate in the change process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Experience in process mapping. * Experience with process workflow modeling tools. * Preferred experience with Bizagi. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency. * Knowledge of Power BI. **Additional Information** **Benefits Package:** * Meal allowance of R$ 1,097.20 (Alelo); * Food allowance of R$ 877.76 (Alelo); * Health insurance—Bradesco Saúde (co-payment plan); * Dental insurance—Bradesco Saúde (co-payment plan); * Life insurance—MetLife; * Private pension 1\-1 (optional); * Childcare/babysitting allowance; * Birthday day off; * Union-based PLR and annual bonus; * Totalpass. ******Work Modality:** * Hybrid work arrangement (3 days per week onsite, remaining days remote); * Location: Daycoval Seguros—Hybrid mode near Berrini Station (CPTM). \#Let’s accelerate with Daycoval Seguros!
