The Senior Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, mapping, and optimizing internal company processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality. This professional works to understand operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to optimize organizational performance, always aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process Mapping and Analysis: Map and model business processes using tools such as BPMN, flowcharts, and other process-mapping methodologies. * Process Optimization: Analyze the results of operational processes and propose continuous improvements focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
