Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development, updating, and control of the annual financial plan and periodic forecasts; * Monitor actual performance versus budget, contributing to variance analysis and identification of impacts on results; * Conduct cost, expense, and revenue analyses to support the area’s budgetary management; * Play a central role in file control, organization, and maintenance of financial databases, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and timeliness; * Prepare management reports and decision-support materials, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines; * Support the creation and updating of dashboards and performance indicators in Excel and Power BI; * Participate in meetings with partner departments to collect and validate financial information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in FP&A, controllership, financial planning, budgeting, or related areas; * Experience in financial planning, budget monitoring, and results analysis; * Experience in cost management; * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, database organization and processing); * Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is considered a plus; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discipline in file and data management; * Ability to meet deadlines and handle operational demands of the area; * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across different departments; * Interest in developing analytical and financial modeling capabilities. **Additional Information** **The application deadline for internal candidates is March 14, 2026\.** RBS is made up of people.
