Support to leadership and stakeholders through reports and presentations What you need to become a **Strategic Planning Analyst** at the fastest-growing company in Brazil’s South Region *\#VemSerOsir* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and report financial results, focusing on KPIs, KRIs, trends, risks, and opportunities; * Develop and monitor short-, medium-, and long-term financial planning (budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections); * Develop financial models for investment evaluation, projects, and new products; * Conduct profitability analysis by product, service, or segment to support strategic recommendations; * Support the production of managerial reports and executive presentations for leadership and stakeholders; * Collaborate with controllership, treasury, internal audit, and compliance functions to ensure accuracy and consistency of information; * Lead and enhance management practices and systems, including governance, rituals, forums, and decision-making workflows; * Produce and update executive materials, guidelines, processes, and organizational structures, monitoring indicators and proposing continuous improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Business Management, or related fields is a valued advantage; * Prior experience with management frameworks, corporate governance, or organizational planning; * Strong ability to prepare executive presentations; * Experience with Power BI, including development of managerial dashboards; * Experience with Power Query for data processing and modeling. **Additional Information** Benefits and Advantages of Being an OsirLover * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Gympass; * Discount on the institutional plan for Osir employees who are also customers; * Emotional Support Program: Osir Always by Your Side! * Benefits Club offering discounts at: educational institutions, English courses, gyms, dental clinics, and other companies.
