We are looking for a **Business Analyst** to act as the bridge between business, product, and technology, ensuring that requirements are understood, prioritized, and transformed into solutions that deliver value to our customers. You will join a collaborative team with strong expertise in agile methodologies, a results-driven mindset, and active ownership in building and evolving our products. **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Lead and support agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-up, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective); * Plan, organize, and monitor Sprints, ensuring visibility and alignment of deliverables; * Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements; * Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation; * Analyze, classify, and detail requirements, identifying impacts, risks, and dependencies; * Facilitate communication among stakeholders, business areas, and development teams; * Support product backlog management and refinement; * Actively participate in Discovery and Delivery processes; * Map business processes and propose improvements to increase operational efficiency; * Prepare executive presentations, progress tracking materials, and management reports; * Monitor KPIs and metrics related to product evolution and team deliverables; * Support UAT and functional validations, ensuring adherence to defined requirements; * Ensure traceability between business needs, requirements, and implemented solutions; * Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes, methods, and practices. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** * Experience working as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Owner, or similar roles; * Experience in agile environments using Scrum or similar methodologies; * Experience leading agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-up, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective); * Experience managing, organizing, refining, and prioritizing backlogs; * Knowledge of gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements; * Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules; * Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams; * Experience analyzing, classifying, and prioritizing requirements; * Knowledge of Discovery and Delivery processes for digital products; * Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar; * Knowledge of business process mapping and documentation. * Experience monitoring KPIs, metrics, and delivery progress; * Ability to align stakeholders from business and technology areas; * Analytical, organized, and problem-solving mindset; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred qualifications** * Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations; * Experience using Postman for API testing and validation; * Knowledge of SQL for data queries and validation; * Experience in software companies, SaaS, or digital product environments; * Knowledge of tax, fiscal, accounting, or ERP domains; * Experience in Product or software development teams; * Certifications in Scrum, Agile, Product Owner, or related fields; * Knowledge of prototyping and product documentation tools. **Hard Skills:** * Requirements analysis and documentation; * Writing user stories and acceptance criteria; * Backlog management and refinement; * Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban); * Business process mapping and modeling; * Product Discovery and Delivery; * KPI and metric management; * Project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar); * Basic knowledge of integrations and REST APIs; * Using Postman for functional validations. **Soft Skills:** * Organization and priority management; * Clear and concise communication; * Ability to mediate between business and technology areas; * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Analytical ability and critical thinking; * Collaboration and teamwork; * Adaptability in dynamic environments; * Results orientation and value creation; * Curiosity and continuous learning; * Ability to influence and engage stakeholders. **Additional information** What does Aliare offer?!
