Technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity We are looking for a proactive professional with systemic vision and a hands-on profile to join our technical team. If you master everything from network configuration to hardware and security system maintenance, this position is for you! Your Responsibilities You will be the focal point to ensure our physical and logical infrastructure operates without interruption. Your activities include: * **Network Infrastructure:** Installation, configuration, and monitoring of networks (LAN/WAN), routers, switches, and structured cabling. * **Server Management:** Administration of Windows/Linux Server environments, user management (AD), backups, and data security. * **Physical Security (CCTV):** Installation, configuration, and maintenance of cameras (IP and analog) and recording systems (DVR/NVR). * **Hardware and Peripherals:** Preventive and corrective maintenance of laptops and printers (thermal, laser, and ink tank). * **Level 1 and 2 Support:** Direct user support for resolving software, hardware, and connectivity issues. Technical Requirements * Solid experience in network and server administration. * Proficiency in basic electronics for hardware maintenance. * Knowledge of CCTV security protocols. * Experience with ticketing systems (Service Desk). * **Advantages:** Certifications (CCNA, MCSA), Cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS), or experience with IP telephony (VoIP). Desired Profile * **Problem Solving:** Ability to act under pressure during system outages. * **Organization:** Maintain the IT rack and spare parts inventory immaculately. * **Teaching Skills:** Patience to explain technical processes to non-technical users.
