Job Summary: Pedagogy Internship for Corporate Pedagogy, focusing on training, development, and corporate education, providing essential support across various HR activities. Key Highlights: 1. Support in onboarding new employees and internal communication We are seeking a Pedagogy intern to work in Corporate Pedagogy, supporting the company’s training, development, and corporate education initiatives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in organizing trainings and internal development initiatives; * Assistance in developing educational materials and presentations; * Support in new employee onboarding processes; * Monitoring of training indicators and attendance lists; * Support in internal communication and organizational development initiatives; * Assistance in administrative tasks related to HR and Training & Development. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Pedagogy; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized and proactive; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Interest in corporate education and human development; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Prior experience in training or HR will be considered a plus. **Internship Stipend:** R$ 1.200,00 **Benefits:** Transportation Voucher + Life Insurance. Payment: R$1.199,00 - R$1.200,00 per month Work Location: On-site
