And the open position is for **Web Designer**. **Location:** SIEG Recife - Boa Viagem **Focus:** Creating and developing visually appealing and functionally efficient website interfaces, ensuring an excellent user experience (UX) and aesthetically pleasing presentation (UI). You will closely collaborate with development, marketing, and product teams to translate client needs and business objectives into innovative digital solutions. **In summary, your responsibilities include:** * Design Creation: Developing visual layouts and interfaces for websites, ensuring aesthetics and usability. * Responsive Design: Ensuring websites perform well across different devices (desktop, tablet, smartphone). * UX/UI: Focusing on user experience (UX) and creating intuitive, attractive interfaces (UI). * Collaboration with Developers: Working with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. * Maintenance and Updates: Updating and improving existing website designs as needed. * Trend Research: Monitoring new design trends and applying modern techniques. * Project Management: Organizing and prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and delivering quality work. **Important Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Computer Science, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Web Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role. * Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar. * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. * Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design best practices. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly and effectively with other departments. **Nice-to-have:** * An updated portfolio showcasing previous work. * Experience with prototyping and collaborative design tools such as InVision, Figma, or Adobe XD. **Don’t forget these details:** Workload: 40 hours per week Working hours: Monday to Friday, either from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work modality: Hybrid Internal hiring process steps: * Resume screening * Profile mapping Interactive hiring process steps: * Online group chat * Behavioral assessment * Technical assessment * Individual interview Now for the best part!
