Job Summary: We are seeking a Principal Engineer to serve as a technical reference and architectural evolution agent, balancing systemic vision with hands-on execution on the Cogtive platform. We seek a Principal Engineer who serves as a technical reference and architectural evolution agent on the Cogtive platform. Here, you will balance systemic vision with hands-on execution—guiding squads, designing scalable solutions, and helping maintain product reliability and technical quality. **Mandatory Requirements** \- Solid experience as a Senior or Principal Engineer working on high-availability SaaS platforms. \- Proficiency in .NET (C\#) and distributed architectures (workers, APIs, queues). \- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, observability, telemetry, and resilience. \- Experience with technical mentoring, structured code reviews, and architectural patterns. \- Proven track record resolving critical incidents with a focus on automation and continuous improvement. \- Experience in multi-cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP). \- Advanced technical English (documentation and alignment discussions). We want someone who thinks deeply about architecture, executes with excellence, and inspires the team—a developer who understands both code and product, and transforms complexity into scalable, elegant solutions. **Responsibilities** **Core Responsibilities** \- Lead architectural decisions involving .NET, frontend, and mobile, ensuring scalability and multi-tenant reliability. \- Investigate and resolve critical customer incidents in collaboration with SRE, DevOps, and product teams. \- Design, code, and review complex solutions in C\#, TypeScript, and Python—with emphasis on observability, testing, and performance. \- Evolve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions \+ Azure DevOps), standardize Helm charts, and adopt IaC best practices. \- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, promoting standards for logging, telemetry, performance, and security. \- Collaborate with computer vision and product teams to turn hypotheses into stable, production-ready solutions. \- Lead incident reviews, propose reliability action plans, and automate operational routines. Backend: .NET 6/8 (C\#), REST APIs, workers, integrations Frontend: React 17/18, TypeScript, JavaScript Mobile: Xamarin.Forms (legacy) and .NET MAUI (evolution) Computer Vision: Python, Django REST, YOLO/Ultralytics, DeepSORT, RabbitMQ Infra / Data: PostgreSQL (RDS), Redis (ElastiCache), RabbitMQ, S3 Clouds: Azure, AWS, and GCP CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Helm, IaC (Terraform/Pulumi) **Preferred Qualifications** \- Experience with IoT, enterprise mobile (Xamarin/MAUI), or computer vision (Python/YOLO). \- Exposure to multi-product environments, cross-functional squads, and legacy modernization. \- Knowledge of API security (Kong, OAuth2, mTLS). \- Internal tool development (debuggers, dashboards, CLIs, observability). \- Active participation in incident reviews / root cause analysis. **Desired Education** Bachelor’s Degree: Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field *We are seeking candidates with degrees in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
