Creation and optimization of landing pages for conversion **Job Mission:** Ensure predictable and scalable company growth through the creation, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns, marketing automation, SEO, sales funnels, and landing pages. The Marketing Performance Analyst is responsible for connecting strategy, data, and execution—transforming investments into measurable outcomes in lead generation, revenue, and customer retention. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) with a focus on performance. * Define and monitor media and sales-funnel KPIs to ensure investment efficiency. * Structure and manage acquisition and nurturing funnels aligned with the customer journey. * Create and test conversion-optimized landing pages (copy, design, UX). * Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Looker. * Implement and optimize marketing automation (e\-mail flows, CRM, integrations). * Plan and execute on\-page and off\-page SEO strategies. * Conduct A/B and multivariate tests for creatives, pages, and flows. * Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align strategy and execution. * Stay updated on trends in paid media, growth, and digital marketing tools. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Scale media spend while maintaining (or reducing) cost per acquisition (CAC). * Align high-complexity channels, funnels, and campaigns without losing strategic vision. * Ensure result predictability in rapidly changing environments. * Extract meaningful insights from data and translate them into actionable steps. * Integrate diverse tools (CRM, automation, BI, media) for consistent information flow. * Support the company in building a sustainable and repeatable acquisition engine. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in digital performance analysis. * Proven track record in paid media management, SEO, and marketing automation. * Proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads). * Knowledge of technical and strategic SEO. * Understanding of performance-oriented copywriting and UX for landing pages. * Familiarity with SQL and data integration. **️** **Our Benefits:** * Meal allowance (R$26/day worked) * Mobility assistance * Reimbursement for courses and books * Health insurance * Zenklub: Free therapy sessions via the platform * Gympass * CW\+ Benefits Club Additional Information: * Av.
