You will work on a growing digital product with high traffic volume, helping the team accelerate delivery without compromising quality. Here, QA is a business partner: you participate in technical decisions, influence test architecture, and help raise engineering standards.
* Design and implement automated testing strategies (API, web, and integrations).
* Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
* Define and track quality metrics with the team.
* Collaborate with developers and product managers from feature conception onward.
* Conduct code reviews for test code and support QA best practices.
* Investigate production bugs and propose preventive improvements.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous testing (CI/CD).
Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Solid senior-level experience as a QA Automation Engineer / Test Engineer.
* Proficiency in test automation using at least one programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C\#).
* Experience with API testing (e.g., REST Assured, Postman, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
* Experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools).
* Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
* Prior experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
* Availability to work full-time as a self-employed contractor (PJ).
**Nice-to-Have:**
* Experience in performance and load testing.
* Experience with microservices and cloud-native architecture.
* Participation in defining QA strategy at the product level.
* Contributions to QA communities, talks, blogs, or open-source projects.
