Job Summary: Responsible for increasing the conversion rate and efficiency of digital channels by optimizing the funnel, directly impacting revenue and business performance. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative work with growth, marketing, and product teams. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Responsible for increasing the conversion rate and efficiency of digital channels by optimizing all stages of the funnel (website, pages, checkout, customer journey). Directly involved in data analysis, testing, and continuous improvements, with direct impact on revenue, average order value, and business performance. This is a results-driven role — not passive analysis, but active optimization. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze user behavior on the website and conversion funnel * Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities * Plan and execute A/B tests (pages, creatives, offers, etc.) * Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout * Improve conversion across all touchpoints * Directly drive increases in conversion rate and average order value * Analyze metrics such as conversion rate, abandonment rate, navigation time, etc. * Collaborate closely with growth, marketing, and product teams * Implement improvements based on data and user behavior * Test different approaches to copy, layout, and user experience * Monitor performance and scale what works * Create and maintain tracking dashboards * Ensure continuous improvement of the customer journey **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** * Experience with CRO and conversion optimization **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with high-volume e-commerce * Advanced UX knowledge * Experience with testing tools (VWO, Google Optimize, etc.) * Front-end knowledge (basic HTML/CSS) * Marketplace experience * Use of AI for analysis and optimization * Experience with advanced data and dashboards **WORK MODEL** * On-site * PJ Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$10\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
