Ready for a career that delivers greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Strategically collaborate with development and business teams to ensure solution quality from requirement definition through production operations. * Define and evolve mobile application testing strategies. * Focus on user experience (UX). * Understand various types of mobile devices. * Work across multiple operating system versions. * Manage real-world usage conditions (network, offline, performance). * Conduct exploratory testing and critical analysis of mobile flows. * Perform mobile test automation when required. * Execute API testing (to support mobile flows). * Identify risks and support release decisions with emphasis on end-user impact. * Investigate failures using logs, metrics, and mobile analytics events. * Pair with developers to improve testability and application quality. * Drive continuous quality improvement by proposing technical and process enhancements. * Propose and lead technical and process improvements that increase productivity, stability, scalability, and reliability of solutions. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience with the full software development lifecycle. * Solid experience in mobile application testing (Android and/or iOS). * Experience in mobile test automation. * Knowledge of UI testing. * Knowledge of API testing. * Experience with device farms. * Familiarity with methodologies and practices such as TDD, BDD, and Agile Testing. **Additional information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also had:** * Software quality certification such as ISTQB CTFL or equivalent. * Experience with Xcode and Android Studio. * Hands-on experience with mobile analytics (e.g., Firebase). * Experience in financial environments, payment systems, or regulated systems. * Prior experience in mobile quality assurance or mobile test automation.
