In this opportunity, the challenges include end-user and VIP support, as well as the development and execution of small-scale processes and projects. On a day-to-day basis, the technical specialist will receive support from advanced-level teams and from their manager to assist with more complex demands or when questions arise. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What experience and background do we expect from you?** * **Mandatory**: Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 12 PM to 9 PM; * **Mandatory**: Experience administering the Office 365 admin panel (license allocation, user management); * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree, technical course, or technology-focused undergraduate program in IT-related fields; * On-site and help-desk end-user and VIP support; * Development and maintenance of IT documentation; * Technical knowledge of hardware-related routines (e.g., cleaning, replacing boards, memory); * Understanding of infrastructure and backup concepts; * We count on you to improve our clients’ IT environments—making IT work for the business! **Additional Information** Experience with iTunes is a plus. #### **Our Rituals** **\#PensoDay** Every six months, we hold transparent and direct discussions about the company’s goals, challenges, and results—aimed at collective growth.
