Lead management and social media engagement * Assists in event organization, tracking delivery dates and internal approvals. * Provides support for minor design adjustments. * Ensures proper file organization on the network. * Adjusts and develops product labels in various formats. * Creates forms, landing pages, and lead-generation materials. * Manages leads, forwarding them to sales representatives and collecting sales team feedback. * Performs textual edits and blog creation using SEO techniques on the corporate website via WordPress/Elementor or similar platforms. * Configures email marketing campaigns via RD Station or similar tools and monitors results. * Tracks traffic metrics, Google Ads performance, and digital engagement, benchmarking against competitors and generating simple reports. * Provides operational support for internal events (e.g., Quality Week, SIPAT, training sessions, commercial meetings, etc.). * Conducts post-event activities (lead collection, documentation, promotion, and reporting). * Interfaces with internal teams and other departments to ensure adherence to production timelines and deliverables. * Manages inventory of promotional materials and giveaways. * Maintains an updated supplier database. * Updates and maintains campaign schedules, editorial calendars, internal demand calendars, and their respective checklists.
