Description

The Warranty Analyst is responsible for analyzing key warranty processes that ensure higher customer satisfaction while safeguarding Volkswagen’s and its importers’ profitability regarding payments due for services rendered. You will interact with 22 different markets to ensure every vehicle under warranty receives appropriate assistance and that repairs comply with the standards established by the brand. You will collaborate closely with other warranty colleagues through periodic visits to understand importers’ needs and develop strategies ensuring the brand’s investment in vehicle quality. You will also play a critical role in creating market control strategies and analyzing data to achieve warranty targets, as well as implementing proposals to reduce costs and improve the profitability of the After-Sales business. It is essential to easily conduct analyses aligned with each regional market’s characteristics and particularities to identify optimal opportunities and adapt processes according to the brand’s defined standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze warranty indicators and jointly implement actions with importers to ensure objective achievement; * Seek to harmonize warranty processes across different production plants; * Create, manage, and report market control strategies using logical criteria; * Calculate transportation and importation costs from various warehouses, delivering the regionalization factor; * Collaborate with consultants to define improvement points in the warranty process per market; * To enhance customer satisfaction, ensure optimal application of goodwill gestures for loyal Volkswagen customers. * Familiarity with SAGA and WISH systems will be considered advantageous. * Develop and apply labor cost updates. * Develop strategic projects to improve technical service area profitability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Analysis, or Information Technology. * **Advanced Spanish.** * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) * Prior experience in technical areas: warranty, product support, quality. * Strong communication skills — ability to present effectively in public; * Organizational skills; * Analytical profile * Drive and motivation to seek alternatives to achieve objectives; * Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks. * Creativity in developing work plans. * Proactively seeking alternatives to accomplish proposed objectives. * Ability to quickly adapt to market dynamics. * Promote initiatives to improve importers’ work processes. * Disseminate customer-centric culture. * Teamwork * Willingness to undertake international and domestic travel. **Additional Information** **Job Title:** Senior Warranty Analyst **Work Location:** São Bernardo do Campo/SP — willingness to undertake international and domestic travel.
