As a Billing Analyst, you will apply a critical eye to verify orders, validate information, and guarantee that the billing process remains agile, accurate, and error-free. This is an essential role in keeping the financial machinery running with discipline and speed. **The plays that depend on you** (day-to-day responsibilities): * Issue sales invoices for products, services, returns, and nationalizations, ensuring fiscal and legal compliance. * Verify sales orders, contracts, and customer registrations prior to billing. * Validate applicable taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS) according to the transaction type. * Monitor billing deadlines and support the finance team in accounts receivable control. * Perform reconciliations and controls of fiscal documents. * Support partner areas (commercial, logistics, finance, and tax) in resolving inconsistencies. * Prepare billing reports and metrics to support management decisions.
