You will contribute to projects that make life happier—for both our people and our customers. **Position Objective:** We seek a dynamic, analytical, and results-oriented professional to serve as a Junior Analyst in the Experience & Branding area. Your primary mission will be to directly support management in governing our customers’ journeys—ensuring excellence in hospitality, operational efficiency, and strengthening the branding of Bráz Pizzaria and Bráz Trattoria. This is a strategic opportunity for those aiming to establish themselves within the high-end gastronomy Food Service and retail ecosystem—working end-to-end to support field projects, analyze customer satisfaction metrics, assist in openings, and structure frictionless enchantment journeys. This role covers two key areas of direct support to management: translating the customer journey into service rituals and standards for the dining room, and executing the activation calendar, point-of-sale (PDV), and visual standards across units. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * **Support for Openings, Expansion, and Local Needs:** Actively support new restaurant opening projects, monitor launch timelines, and ensure hospitality culture is embedded from Day One. Includes supporting unit-specific needs—material adaptations per location, local initiatives, customized materials, and assistance structuring local team training. * **Metrics and CX Management:** Assist in tracking, updating, and analyzing spreadsheets, reports, and customer experience and success metrics (e.g., satisfaction surveys and NPS). * **Active Customer Listening:** Support daily monitoring of reviews, feedback channels, and customer comments—helping consolidate pain points, identify market trends, and map improvement opportunities. * **Training:** Assist in organizing briefings and presentations, and in developing training materials—with emphasis on enabling, engaging, and supporting frontline restaurant teams. * **Enchantment Rituals and Service Standards:** Support translating the journey designed by management into actionable rituals, behaviors, and service standards that the team can internalize and execute in the dining room—acting as the bridge between Marco’s defined experience concept and daily operations, with direct support for hospitality training. * **Seasonal Activations and Frontline Brand Standards:** Support implementation of the activation calendar across units—including briefing production and delivery, PDV and visual merchandising standard audits, and managing seasonal projects (special dates, product launches, in-store events). * **Field and Operational Insights:** Assist in consolidating information gathered during unit visits—ensuring perfect alignment between brand strategy and frontline operations (dining room, bar, kitchen, reception, and deliveries). * **Project and Administrative Management:** Support scheduling, tracking area projects, and managing administrative workflows with suppliers and departmental operational demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (final years) in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Communication, Hospitality/Hotel Management, or related fields. * **Technical Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint for report and presentation development, and graphical analysis of results); ease of use with data platforms.
