Administer Youth Apprentice programs and contracts with consulting firms A logistics services company is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in Barcarena (Murucupi). **Responsibilities:** Conduct the full R\&S cycle (alignment, screening, interviews, group dynamics, and psychological assessments). Prepare behavioral assessments and manage the onboarding process (job offers, documentation, and medical examinations). Organize and conduct onboarding for new employees. Monitor and analyze vacancy SLAs and turnover rates for continuous improvement. Manage the Youth Apprentice program and exit interviews. Administer contracts with consulting firms, educational institutions, and recruitment software. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or HR Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
