Join the Cost and Budget team, directly supporting the monitoring, analysis, and validation of financial flows and results for the Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS).
Our area is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling the CAS budget, partnering with other departments to identify efficiency opportunities and support the sustainable growth of the business. We also play a strategic role in defining the CAS cost allocation methodology for Cooperatives, ensuring models aligned with organizational structure, operational complexity, and business evolution—consolidating business volumes and applying financial rules for pricing CAS-provided services.
The focus of this opportunity is contract monitoring across CAS companies, ensuring compliance, financial consistency, and qualified decision-support.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor budget execution and perform monthly administrative expense reporting, with special emphasis on contract management and control;
* Address ad-hoc management requests by developing scenarios, performing financial analyses, and explaining variances in results;
* Support the team in identifying, mapping, and tracking monthly variations of key indicators and values processed by the area;
* Develop qualified analyses and insights to support managerial decision-making;
* Propose and implement process improvements focused on efficiency, standardization, and automation.
Beyond routine activities, the employee will analyze executed processes and implement improvements using company-available tools.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
* Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Management, or related topics is a plus;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI; Databricks is a plus.
* Familiarity with SAP and Hyperion/EPM;

At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for business-area positions, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days onsite at the company headquarters located at Av. Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS, and 2 days remote. For Tech-area positions, we adopt a fully remote model.
