Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create visual interfaces for digital products; * Ensure visual consistency; * Apply design systems; * Collaborate with UX designers and developers; * Create responsive layouts; * Validate interfaces; * Ensure visual accessibility and usability; * Use Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate and optimize the delivery process; * Support, when necessary, basic discovery activities such as benchmarking and usability testing. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Design or related fields; * Experience in UI Design; * Proficiency in design tools; * Attention to detail; * Creativity; * Teamwork skills; * Experience in creating, maintaining, or using Design Systems; * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the design process to accelerate and optimize delivery. * Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping); * Solid knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, grids, and layout composition; * Understanding of accessibility applied to digital interfaces; * Experience in handoff to development teams and collaboration with technical teams; * Ability to transform wireframes and user flows into consistent visual interfaces; * Basic knowledge of interface research and validation methods, such as benchmarking, usability testing, and A/B testing; **Additional Information** We are the **SysMap Group**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies in the market, delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
