Job Summary: Responsible for attending to and prospecting customers, managing the sales and post-sales processes, and coordinating administrative tasks and internal relationship activities to strengthen the customer base. Collaboration with various internal departments and marketing. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; * Prior sales experience is mandatory. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * B2B commercial experience; * Administrative routines; * Negotiation and sales techniques; * Crisis management; * Telecommunications industry experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for attending to and prospecting customers through multiple channels, providing support across all stages of the sales process and ensuring satisfaction before and after the sale. Handles requests for technical documentation, order follow-up, customer registration and updates in the ERP system, report generation, and formalization of returns. Maintains close relationships with internal departments such as Quality, Logistics, Finance, Procurement, and PCP, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery. Works on reactivating inactive customers, serves as liaison between technical teams and customers, participates in training sessions and promotional events, and collaborates with Marketing on NPS initiatives—contributing to customer base growth and overall commercial expansion. **NOTE:** Fixed salary + commission.
