Focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement Responsible for performing installation and repair activities for networks at access points and internet connections, providing support in identifying and correcting physical network faults, preparing, installing, and operating cabling, and configuring user and network access in both urban and rural areas. Responsible for fostering interaction and relationship-building between the customer and the company during activity execution. Also committed to innovation and continuous improvement, focusing on issue resolution and delivery agility. Strives to perform activities with deviation and irregularity prevention, in compliance with internal and external regulations, and achieving the goals and objectives defined in UNI Internet’s strategic planning. * Perform activities according to the target plan for area processes, aligned with the business unit and the company’s strategic objectives. * Follow internal norms, policies, manuals, and procedures related to area processes, ensuring their proper implementation. * Participate in executing activities related to one’s role in area projects, ensuring development in alignment with strategic objectives and activity planning. * Provide customer service focused on customer satisfaction when using the company’s products and services. * Install and repair optical and wireless networks in urban areas and radio networks in rural areas. * Configure and install routers, modems, and antennas. * Conduct internet connection tests to identify and resolve issues. * Perform optical cable and UTP cable anchoring and routing. * Comply with demand scheduling orders according to service orders. * Proactively identify and propose solutions to related problems within one’s scope of responsibilities. * Analyze bandwidth consumption and propose actions. * Diagnose network assets. * Execute activities per Service Order, documenting, attaching evidence, and closing tasks per departmental protocols. * Maintain integrity of fixed assets and warehouse items during activity execution. * Attend daily, weekly, and monthly team performance review meetings as per the target plan. * Propose process and activity improvements and innovations aligned with strategic objectives. * Perform activities within predefined deadlines (SLAs) and targets assigned to processes under one’s responsibility. * Uphold ethical and professional conduct standards in all activities. * Use PPEs, ensuring personal safety and that of team partners when applicable. * Perform on-call duties per the schedule established by the area manager. * Withdraw equipment and return it to inventory following the return protocol. * Follow the Employee Handbook guidelines. * Attend company-provided trainings and apply acquired knowledge to activity and career development. * Stay informed about new products and services offered by the company. * Ensure ethical and appropriate professional conduct standards are embedded in organizational culture. * Ensure compliance with LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and other applicable business-related laws. * Maintain, clean, and ensure proper operation of departmental equipment and facilities. * Maintain organization of physical and digital company documents. * Perform other related tasks as determined by the immediate supervisor.
