Job Summary: Cleaning professional responsible for maintaining internal and external environments, garbage collection, restocking supplies, and providing operational support, in compliance with safety and conduct standards. Team collaboration and discretion in the workplace. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Clean and maintain internal and external areas, including floors, rooms, corridors, restrooms, common areas, cafeterias, staircases, elevators, and glass surfaces. * Collect regular and recyclable waste, properly packaging residues according to local regulations. * Restock hygiene supplies (paper, soap, alcohol, etc.) in designated areas. * Use cleaning products and equipment correctly, following procedures and safety guidelines. * Maintain orderly environments and proper use of work materials. * Report abnormalities, material replenishment needs, or maintenance requirements to the immediate supervisor. * Provide operational support when required, such as light furniture handling, opening facilities, or assisting other departments. * Strictly comply with company and client hygiene, safety, and professional conduct protocols. * Maintain respectful, courteous, and collaborative behavior toward colleagues and facility users. * Perform related tasks, as assigned by the hierarchical superior, within the scope of one's competencies. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Organization and responsibility * Attention to detail * Regular attendance and punctuality * Agility and physical fitness * Respect for rules and hierarchy * Ability to work effectively in a team * Discretion and strong interpersonal skills ### **BENEFITS** Transportation allowance, meal allowance, dental plan. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
