We are seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer passionate about technology to join our GenAI Solutions team. You will collaborate closely with AI engineers to build intelligent features that solve real-world challenges such as fraud prevention, document analysis, and AI agents. **Your mission** In this role, you will directly impact the development, evolution, and maintenance of Certta’s products. Your role will be essential in transforming business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technological solutions, operating end-to-end across the development lifecycle. Your deliverables will be tied to KPIs such as delivery quality and reliability, development efficiency, system stability, and product technical evolution—helping Certta grow securely, autonomously, and with excellence. **What you’ll do** * Lead the definition of standards and write high-quality code using agile and secure best practices. * Develop and architect full-stack applications using Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and React. * Design and maintain highly available backend APIs and services, with an extreme focus on performance, security, and scalability. * Collaborate with UX/UI designers to define application functionality, ensuring technical feasibility of complex models. * Architect and optimize AWS environments, leveraging services such as Lambda, AgentCore, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and others. * Design and maintain highly complex serverless and event-driven architectures. * Ensure test automation coverage and strategy (unit, integration, and E2E). * Optimize CI/CD pipelines, promoting continuous automation of build, testing, and deployment. * Lead end-to-end features (feature leading), technically guiding the process from solution refinement and design through monitoring and maintenance. * Document architectural decisions, critical flows, and disseminate knowledge across the team. * Build and integrate AI agents and AI capabilities into production systems using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or Strands. * Collaborate with the AI team to move AI models and workflows from prototyping to production, focusing on reliability and scalability. **What you need to bring** * Proven full-stack development experience with Node.js, NestJS, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Python. * Advanced expertise in cloud providers—preferably AWS—and deep professional experience with CI/CD. * Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * In-depth knowledge of serverless architectures, DDD (Domain\-Driven Design), and event-based systems. * Technical mastery of SQL and NoSQL databases. * Strong software quality and automated testing culture. * Technical leadership ability in dynamic environments, with a growth mindset and absolute accountability for team deliverables. * Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks—LangGraph, Strands, or similar. **More about you** * You value diversity, inclusion, and respect. * You are proactive, eager to learn quickly, and unafraid of challenges. * You balance execution with strategic thinking. * You embrace our way of working: Transparency, Customer Obsession, Absolute Accountability, People First, and Execution Focus. * You have interest or experience integrating GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agents, etc.) into applications. * Familiarity with Python and tools such as AgentCore, Amazon Bedrock, or HuggingFace is a plus. **What we offer** At Certta, we believe work goes beyond the job description: it’s about being part of a dynamic, collaborative, and transparent environment where everyone has room to grow.
