RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Performs financial control of the store, including monitoring revenue and daily expenses generated through the CRM system. Manages store inventory, being responsible for safeguarding available sales supplies to ensure inventory accuracy and protect company assets. Handles all administrative store management tasks, including staff scheduling, timekeeping, and document control, to ensure smooth store operations. Receives sales targets from the supervisor and allocates them to the team, tracking daily, weekly, and monthly performance and results to ensure effective results management. Monitors employee performance and provides feedback to support their professional development. Identifies new strategies and implements action plans with supervisor support to achieve improved results. Develops internal initiatives and campaigns with managerial support to boost team performance and achieve targets. Conducts hiring and termination of employees, with supervision and HR support as needed, to maintain appropriate store headcount. Responds to store audits, ensuring all procedures are properly followed. Ensures sales staff adhere to service standards to guarantee a positive customer experience. Provides support in customer negotiations whenever necessary, assisting sales floor staff. Monitors all sales quantitatively and qualitatively to prevent any deviations or sales declines. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; Experience in store administration; Commercial area experience; People management experience.
