In this role, you will play a critical part in **ensuring efficient and organized support for the project team, contributing to the achievement of established objectives and the successful delivery of projects—including compliance with Installation License conditions—on time, within budget, and with the required resources.** **What will you do?** -------------------- ️ Plan and ensure execution of activities required to meet Installation License conditions. ️ Assist in developing and updating project schedules, control spreadsheets, and status reports. ️ Support project cost tracking, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management. ️ Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, and managing logistics for project-related events. ️ Monitor and document project activities, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. ️ Maintain organized and easily accessible project documentation for team reference. ️ Collaborate on internal and external project communications, ensuring appropriate information flow. ️ Attend team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks. ️ Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement of project processes and outcomes. ️ Initiate Request Cards (RCs) and request asset creation when needed; assist in invoice entry/processing and perform measurements. ️ Support arrangements for accommodation and apartments for visitors, as well as personal transportation. **What would we like you to have?** --------------------------------------- We value you as a person—your attitude, behaviors, and values. Experience in the following areas is considered an added advantage: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agronomy. Basic/Intermediate English proficiency. Experience in Degraded Area Recovery Projects (PRAD). Experience in managing environmental license conditions and liaising with regulatory agencies (INEMA, SEMA, IBAMA, INCRA). Prior experience in administrative or support roles for maintenance and/or projects. Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar platforms. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization.
