Responsibilities * **Operation:** Operate the mini loader for truck loading, material spreading, and soil leveling. * **Maneuvering:** Work with precision in confined or narrow spaces. * **Basic Maintenance:** Perform the daily checklist (oil level, fuel, grease, and filter cleaning). * **Attachment Changes:** Connect and operate attachments such as buckets, mechanical brooms, or pallet forks, if required. * **Safety:** Ensure the integrity of the machine and the safety of people nearby by strictly adhering to safety regulations. Requirements * **Driver's License:** Category B (minimum); Category C or D preferred. * **Specialized Training:** Certificate for Heavy Equipment / Mini Loader Operator (updated NR-11 and NR-12). * **Experience:** Proven experience in this role, especially in construction or logistics environments. * **Profile:** Responsible, attentive, and careful with company assets.
