In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing student entry and exit flows, supporting daily school routines, and guiding positive school coexistence. You must be proactive, organized, resilient, courteous, skilled at communicating and relating to both young people and adults, and able to thrive in the dynamic environment of a school.**RESPONSIBILITIES** **What you will do:** * Receive and register students, parents/guardians, and visitors upon entry and exit, ensuring access control and campus safety; * Promote harmonious coexistence among members of the school community, intervening when necessary to resolve conflicts and foster a positive atmosphere; * Organize and supervise various school areas, ensuring facilities are well-maintained, orderly, and conducive to learning; * Collaborate with other school departments to ensure coordinated communication and actions supporting smooth educational and administrative operations; * Perform additional duties of similar nature and complexity, as required by school needs and under leadership guidance; * Uphold and implement the school’s values, policies, and procedures, promoting alignment with organizational culture; * Prioritize student safety and well-being by taking measures to ensure a risk-free and hazard-free environment; * Support and accompany partners and students involved in extracurricular activities, ensuring all activities comply with expected safety and behavioral standards; * Organize, execute, and facilitate logistics for school events, which may occur on certain instructional Saturdays. *Although we strive to include all major responsibilities and duties of this position, some relevant tasks may not be explicitly listed.
