We are seeking a **Junior Product Stylist**, whose mission is to dive into trend research, behavioral analysis, and market references to contribute to the creation and development of products that go beyond the obvious — generating desire and translating Zerezes’ DNA across all launches.
**Responsibilities and duties:**
* Research trends, consumer behavior, and market references, transforming insights into moodboards and inspirational materials;
* Develop product mix proposals in partnership with Planning, balancing trend relevance and commercial performance;
* Lead color expansion efforts, conducting research, issuing supplier briefings, and organizing samples;
* Participate in conceptual development of collections, ensuring coherence among narrative, personas, and products;
* Translate references and concepts into sketches in collaboration with the design team, merging innovation with commercial viability;
* Create and organize launch materials, presentations, and documentation aligned with brand positioning;
* Support product and accessory development, contributing an aesthetic perspective during approval and campaign stages;
Map micro-trends in behavior, art, and design to transform them into brand concepts and visual narratives.

**Requirements and qualifications:**
* Completed or ongoing degree in Fashion, Design, or related fields;
* Refined aesthetic sensibility;
* Experience in fashion retail, including research and product development;
* Prior experience in graphic design is desirable;
* Intermediate English for written communication with factories;
* Advanced proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop;
* Rhinoceros knowledge is desirable;
* Basic Excel/Sheets skills;
