Job Summary: Work as a recruiter for an employment agency serving the plastic industry, focusing on high-volume industrial recruitment and selection. Key Highlights: 1. Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields HR Assistant (Recruiter) **Work Location:** Plastic industry company — Industrial Pole of Jundiaí (the recruiter will be employed by the staffing agency but work onsite at the client company). **Salary:** R$ 3.224,25 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **✅ Requirements:** Experience in high-volume recruitment and selection for industrial production roles (60–80 positions per month). Ability to travel to conduct selection processes at PATs (Public Employment Agencies). Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields (completed or currently pursuing) Knowledge of electronic timekeeping systems (data entry, adjustments, monthly closing) **Benefits:** On-site meal, subsidized transportation, basic food basket.
