Job Summary: Front-end loader operator responsible for material handling, performing daily inspections, maintaining an organized work area, and collaborating with the team to optimize workflow. Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow #### **Responsibilities** * Operate a front-end loader safely and efficiently to handle various materials (soil, sand, gravel, etc.). * Conduct daily inspections (check\-list) of the machine before operations begin, verifying fluid levels, tires, hydraulic systems, and safety systems. * Load and unload trucks and other vehicles, ensuring proper load distribution. * Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to company safety regulations and operational procedures. * Immediately report any anomalies or maintenance requirements for the machine to the responsible supervisor. * Collaborate with the field team to optimize workflow and ensure operational productivity. * Complete daily production and fuel consumption reports for the machine. #### **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) operating front-end loaders at construction sites or material yards. * Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) category C, D, or E. * Valid front-end loader operator training certificate meeting the minimum required hours stipulated by legislation. * Knowledge of safety regulations for heavy machinery operation (NR\-11, NR\-12\). * Ability to identify and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues with the machine. * Suitability for working outdoors under various weather conditions. #### **Skills** * Front-end Loader Operation * Basic Preventive Maintenance * Instrument Reading * Operational Safety * Machine Inspection * Cargo Handling * Operational Check\-list * Radio Communication ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance/Reimbursement, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
