**Responsibilities:** * Assist in the installation of fiber optic cables, following the company's established technical standards and procedures. * Prepare sites for fiber optic installation, including excavation, cable anchoring, and infrastructure assembly. * Assist in fiber optic cable splicing and termination, ensuring precise and high-quality connections. * Perform basic operational and quality tests on fiber optic cables using specialized measurement equipment. * Support corrective and preventive maintenance of fiber optic networks, identifying and resolving connection and signal issues. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, ensuring proper care of used equipment and tools. * Comply with occupational safety regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety procedures. * Collaborate with the technical team, providing support and performing tasks as directed by supervisors. * Report fieldwork problems and irregularities to the responsible technician or supervisor. * Participate in company-provided training and capacity-building programs to enhance knowledge and skills in the fiber optic field. **Key Market Qualifications:** * Completed high school education. * Technical course or vocational training in telecommunications or electronics is desirable. * Prior fieldwork experience, preferably in telecommunications network installations. * Basic knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and fiber optic networks. * Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
