Joining **Technogym** means caring for yourself, developing your potential, and building a career in an environment that values innovation, performance, and quality of life. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide timely and accurate technical solutions to problems, ensuring customer satisfaction; Perform on-site technical service visits, ensuring efficiency and full equipment functionality; Manage field-used supplies and tools; Receive customer problem notifications and forward them to the support team for ticket creation; Read and interpret technical drawings; Demonstrate ease of use with technological equipment requiring software operation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program (Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or related fields); Technical diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Mechanics; Experience in field technical service (preventive/corrective); Basic Excel proficiency; Technical English; Willingness to travel; Willingness to drive the company vehicle to perform service visits; Driver’s License Category B.
