Job Summary: Opportunity for an Air Conditioning Mechanic with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration and automation systems. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of air conditioning equipment 2. Knowledge of refrigeration and automation systems 3. Maintenance of cooling towers and air compressors **Responsibilities:** Operate, install, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment (e.g., split, self-contained, window, fan coil, chiller) using direct and indirect expansion systems. Perform routine preventive maintenance on water- and/or air-cooled air conditioning systems. Knowledge of maintenance routines for all equipment comprising the refrigeration system (chilled water plant), including terminal equipment (corrective and preventive). Familiarity with thermal energy storage and automation systems.
