Review and validate sales transactions, analyzing various payment methods used. Identify and analyze financial discrepancies, such as cash shortages or overages, seeking alignment with responsible leadership. Ensure accurate data entry into systems, adhering to deadlines and internal procedures. Review financial and operational documents, ensuring they are properly completed and organized. Validate electronic sales records and digital transactions, ensuring compliance with processed amounts. Reconcile financial movements, verifying correct reconciliation of received amounts. Monitor advance or credit sales records, ensuring proper control and timely system updates. Review operational expenses, ensuring they are adequately documented and authorized per company policies.
