Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for executing the dispute (chargeback) process for SIPAG sales, generating strategic information and reports for the department. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in acquiring operations and chargeback management 2. Generation of reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel 3. Development of strategic indicators for the department **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT The Acquiring Operations department is responsible for executing the entire dispute (chargeback) process for sales conducted via SIPAG.
