Keep the CRM updated with all interactions and lead statuses ### **Description** Our client offers SaaS solutions for the industrial sector, enabling management of the asset lifecycle—including machines, equipment, vehicles, and facilities. We are looking for BDRs residing in Sorocaba (SP) to qualify opportunities and manage a high volume of contacts! Compensation: R$3.000 to R$3.500 + Commission + Benefits Work Model: On-site in Sorocaba (SP) Employment Type: CLT ### **Responsibilities** * ️Make the first contact with new leads (inbound and outbound); * ️Prospect and qualify companies according to the sales playbook; ️Apply qualification filters based on methodologies such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline); ️Schedule meetings between potential customers and the commercial consulting team; * ️Keep the CRM updated with all interactions and lead statuses; ️Interact with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and e-mail, conveying credibility and enthusiasm; ️Provide insights on leads, objections, and opportunities to continuously improve the sales process. ### **Requirements** * ️Prior experience in pre-sales within a B2B model; * ️Knowledge of SaaS consultative sales processes and techniques; * ️Experience with CRM and sales automation tools; * ️Technical or undergraduate degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * ️Market research and analysis capability; * ️Collaborative mindset and orientation toward continuous learning. ### **Benefits** * ️Meal allowance: R$30.00/day (22 days/month); * ️Health insurance: Unimed after 90 days (employer covers 70%; employee covers 30%); * ️Dental plan.
