JOB POSTING – JUNIOR BILLING CLERK Location: Arujá Industrial District – SP Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:18 PM Salary: R$ 2.250,00 Main Responsibilities: * Issuing fiscal invoices (NF-e, NFS-e, and NFC-e); * Calculating taxes applicable to transactions; * Verifying amounts, registration data, and fiscal documents; * Controlling, organizing, and archiving electronic documents; * Supporting finance and accounting departments in sending and verifying information; * Performing administrative tasks related to the role. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a billing clerk; * Knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS); * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience with ERP systems (Protheus, SAP, or similar) is desirable. Preferred Qualifications: * Courses in Administration, Accounting, or Business Management.
