Job Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver lessons across various subject areas (Portuguese Language, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, among others); * Develop activities aligned with the BNCC and Colégio Alamar’s pedagogical framework; * Monitor individual student progress, fostering a welcoming, challenging, and meaningful learning environment; * Actively participate in pedagogical training sessions, team meetings, and school events; * Build partnerships with families, promoting empathetic and respectful communication. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy; * Experience teaching Elementary School – Early Years classes, preferably 4th grade; * Proficiency in up-to-date pedagogical practices and commitment to student learning; * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and ability to work collaboratively. Desirable: * Knowledge of active teaching methodologies; * Experience with interdisciplinary projects; * Sensitivity toward students' socioemotional development.
