Control and direct the fleet of concrete mixer trucks and pumps. Monitor loading, transit, and unloading. Maintain communication with customers, drivers, and the operations team. Make scheduling adjustments as needed. Address unforeseen issues (delays, traffic, weather, etc.). **Mandatory requirements:** Completed high school or a degree in logistics or management processes. Experience in logistics, transportation, or concrete operations. Strong communication and organizational skills. Agility and decision-making ability. Basic computer literacy. Knowledge of route planning and fleet management. **Preferred qualifications:** Experience in ready-mix concrete companies or civil construction.
